Level up your strength, conditioning and performance with Elite BJJ Strength. This program will use foundational and advanced techniques to optimize your performance. We will focus on improving your movement mechanics to help you unlock your full potential. As your movement and muscle functions improve, so will your strength, explosiveness, speed, endurance, and all around grappling skills. Achieve the results you deserve.   • All movements will include video guidance. You won't spend any time guessing what to do or how to do it. I've included coaching cues for proper form, technique and execution.

  • This programs protocols are based on real life experience that I have been successfully using with my athletes and general population students since 2018.   

  • This program can be modified to a 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 day per week training routine. Simply take a rest day whenever it is needed, or preform the active recovery routines. 

  • The routines in this program are designed to last a minimum of 8-12 weeks. You can even repeat this program after a 5-7 day active recovery or deload phase. 

  • You will significantly increase your muscle mass, strength, power ad endurance in as little as 3-4 week guaranteed.
